LSF Personal Programming

This program is designed for those wanting to change their physical fitness and shape of the outer shell. This can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 12 weeks depending on the goals desired. I PROMISE results when the program is followed.  (Sessions are 50 minutes)  This program is a four phase process…

 

Phase I              Phase II               Phase III              Phase IV            

                                                      

* 4 sessions- “Scratching the surface” 

* 8 sessions- “Making progress”       

* 12 sessions- “Notice the change”

* 16 sessions- “In the groove & transforming”

* 20 sessions- “Transformed”

 

GENERAL PRICE RANGES FROM $150-$700

Functionally Fit Fast!!!!-30 minute sessions

These can be done individually or create your own small group (no more than 3 participants). Larger groups can be created- yet depending on the size and time the price will vary.

* 8 sessions

* 10 sessions

* 20 sessions

General price ranges from $250-$500

 

Functional Furniture Fitness

We will come into your home and show you how to use everyday items and the furniture in your home for Fitness. We will use what you already have and design a program just for you.

* 1 time only

* 2 sessions

* 4sessions

General price ranges from $150-$300

 

Combination plan/ Buddy split

This can done a few different ways- yet most buy a package and an extra consultation and split everything down the middle.   Should you and a friend or a spouse want to go through the program together we can design a plan for you. If you have not been through the program before there will have to be a few individual sessions, yet within a week or so you both will be “on the same page” within the program.
