When purchasing the Personal Programming book, you will learn the four phases that have been proven successful for all of Liz’s clients. In the fitness portion of the book, you will get 16 different workouts (with descriptions) that you can perform on your own time, in the comfort of your own home. The nutrition portion will teach you how to stay on track, no matter the occasion. Also, it will give you sample menus, nutritional information on Liz’s favorite foods, her personal grocery list and 9 of her low-cal recipes.
